In Microsoft Word, you can convert ALL CAPS TEXT SENT BY BAD PEOPLE into more readable Proper text or even all lowercase text.

What you do is:

1) Put your text into word
2) Hit Shift+F3 to turn it into lowercase
3) Hit Shift+F3 to turn it into proper text.

Done! See, easy!
